§ 152.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   (1)   Any person, partnership or corporation violating the substantive or procedural provisions of §§ 152.01, 152.02 and 152.15 through 152.45 or any regulation promulgated by the Board shall be subject to a fine in any sum not exceeding $2,500.

      (2)   Efforts to afford an opportunity for investigation and inspection of the land alteration shall be made by persons working on or having control of the land alteration, including making available a copy of plans and specifications submitted to obtain a drainage permit.
