The Board may revoke a drainage permit where the application, plans or other supporting documents required by this subchapter reflect either:
(A) A false statement or misrepresentation as to material fact;
(B) Lack of compliance with drainage requirements; or
(C) Failure to comply with the requirements of this subchapter.
