§ 152.27 FEES FOR PERMITS OBTAINED AFTER COMMENCEMENT OF WORK.
   (A)   If work for which a drainage permit is required by this subchapter is commenced by the permit applicant without compliance with the provisions of § 152.21, the permit fee shall be as set by City Council from time to time.
   (B)   This fee shall in no way limit the operation of penalties provided elsewhere in this subchapter.
