§ 152.19 DURATION OF PERMIT.
   If the land alteration for which a permit has been issued has not commenced within two years from the date of its issuance, the permit shall expire and no longer be of any force or effect; provided, however, the President of the Board, for good cause, shown in writing, may extend the validity of the permit for an additional period of time not to exceed one year. If the drainage activity is only partially completed and no substantial land alteration has occurred on the site for a period of one year, the permit shall expire and no longer be of any force or effect; provided, however, the President of the Board may, for good cause, shown in writing, extend the validity of such permit to allow completion of the work.
