§ 150.109 PERMIT COSTS AND DIVISION OF RECEIPTS.

   (A)   The costs of the permits required under this subchapter are as set by the City Council

   (B)   The fees and receipts so collected for the permits shall be as apportioned as follows:

 

Building Commissioner	50%
Department of Buildings	50%

 

   (C)   In the event re-inspection of any work done is required, an additional charge, as set by the City Council, for each re-inspection shall be levied and distributed as are fees for permits.
