§ 150.105 BUILDING COMMISSIONER AND DEPARTMENT OF BUILDINGS.
   There is hereby established a Department of Buildings. The Department shall be composed of the Building Commissioner and such other personnel as the City Council shall determine are necessary to effectuate the purposed of this subchapter. The Building Commissioner may also serve as inspector.
