The Town Council approves and adopts the attached Downtown Plan be reference, as attached to Res. 2011-02, and incorporates it herein as if set out at length in this code of ordinances. The Downtown Plan is adopted contingent upon comments and approval received from the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs. The town will fully consider all comments and feedback received from the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs and will amend the Downtown Plan if necessary, to incorporate comments and feedback from the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs.
