§ 131.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   A person who is found guilty of a violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $50 per violation.
   (B)   In addition to the imposition of the foregoing fine, the court, upon request, may order such injunctive relief as is appropriate and necessary to prevent a child from committing further violations of this chapter.
