§ 113.01 APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER.
   This chapter shall apply to any person, firm or corporation who uses, or wishes to use, the Riverfront Walkway located south of Water Street between State and Monroe for public performances, except this chapter does not apply to the town, any person firm or corporation acting for the town or any agencies of the town.
