§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to an ordinance violation fee as follows:
      (1)   Two hundred fifty dollars for the first offense; and
      (2)   Five hundred dollars for the second and each subsequent offense.
   (B)   Each day’s continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
