(A) Any license having been denied or revoked under this chapter may be appealed to the Town Council. Such appeal shall be taken by filing with the Clerk-Treasurer a written statement of the grounds for appeal within seven days after notice of the denial or revocation.
(B) The Town Council, whose decision shall be at its sole and absolute discretion, shall grant or deny the appeal within 30 days after the filing of the appeal.
