Upon completion of the application and investigation provided for herein, the Clerk-Treasurer shall approve or deny the application. Upon approval by the Clerk-Treasurer, the Clerk-Treasurer shall stamp approval on the application submitted by the applicant and provide the approved license to the applicant. The decision as to whether an application is approved or denied shall be made by the Clerk-Treasurer within 20 days from the date the application is submitted to the Clerk-Treasurer.
