§ 110.05 FEES.
   (A)   For an applicant whose principal place of business or place of residence is within the state, the fee for a license which shall accompany any application shall be as follows:
      (1)   Fifty dollars for a period not to exceed one weekday between Monday and Thursday or one weekend from Friday through Sunday;
      (2)   One hundred dollars for a period not to exceed one month; or
      (3)   Five hundred dollars for a period not to exceed one year.
   (B)   For an applicant whose principal place of business or place of residence is outside of the state, the fee for a license which shall accompany any application shall be as follows:
      (1)   One hundred dollars for a period not to exceed one weekday between Monday and Thursday or one weekend from Friday through Sunday;
      (2)   Two hundred dollars for a period not to exceed one month; or
      (3)   One thousand dollars for a period not to exceed one year.
   (C)   For each applicant there shall be an additional non-refundable charge of $10 for each employee or agent of the applicant who will peddling or soliciting on behalf of the applicant.
   (D)   If an application is denied, the portion of the fee paid that exceeds $50 shall be refunded to the applicant. Fifty dollars shall be retained by the Clerk-Treasurer to cover administrative expenses associated with the application. There shall be no refunds given in connection with a license that is revoked.
   (E)   All licenses shall terminate on December 31, one hour before sunset in the year of issue.
   (F)   All fees collected under this chapter shall be deposited in the town’s General Fund.
