§ 95.01 PROHIBITING POSSESSION OR CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL AT TOWN POOL AND PROHIBITING GLASS BEVERAGE BOTTLES AT THE COMMUNITY PARK.
   (A)   The area subject to the prohibition of this section is that area enclosed within the fencing immediately surrounding the Newburgh Pool and includes the pool house.
   (B)   No alcoholic beverage may be possessed or consumed within the area described in division (A) above.
   (C)   There shall be no glass beverage bottles of any kind brought into or used in the area described in division (A) above or anywhere within the community park
