§ 94.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates §§ 94.15 through 94.18 shall be subject to a civil penalty not to exceed $2,500 per violation and each day of violation shall be deemed a separate violation.

   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates §§ 94.30 through 94.35 shall be subject to a civil penalty not to exceed $2,500 per day and each day of violation shall be a separate violation.

   (D)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 94.45 through 94.56, shall, for each offense, be subject to a fine of not more than $2,500.
