§ 73.01 PEDESTRIANS SUBJECT TO TRAFFIC-CONTROL SIGNALS.
   Pedestrians shall be subject to traffic-control signals as heretofore declared in this title, but all other places pedestrians shall be granted the rights and be subject to the restrictions stated in this chapter.
