§ 72.08 PARKING OF TRAILERS AND OTHER NON-MOTORIZED VEHICLES.
   (A)   No non-motorized vehicle, which shall include but not be limited to detached trailers, semi-trailers and campers, shall be parked on or in a town street, alley or other public way or town-owned parking lot for more than 72 continuous hours.
   (B)   When moved, non-motorized vehicles must be moved more than 500 feet before being returned to the same place.
   (C)   An enforcement officer shall, in a prominent place, tag non-motorized vehicles parked on or in a town street, alley or other public way. The tag shall include the date and time of the tagging and the tagging officer's badge number. This will serve as notification that the non-motorized vehicle must be moved within 72 hours.
   (D)   If a non-motorized vehicle is not moved within 72 hours of the date and time stated on the tag, the non-motorized vehicle may be towed, and the owner of the non-motorized vehicle shall be fined $25.00 and be responsible for the cost of towing and impounding the vehicle.
