The Wastewater Superintendent will evaluate the data furnished by the user and may require additional information. Within 30 days of receipt of a complete wastewater discharge permit application, the Wastewater Superintendent will determine whether or not to recommend issuance of a wastewater discharge permit and shall make such recommendation to the Town Council The Town Council may deny any application for a wastewater discharge permit.
