§ 51.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm, corporation or entity who continues work after the issuance of a stop work order, and before it is withdrawn, shall be subject to a civil fine up to $2,500 per day and each day work in violation of the order continues shall be a separate offense.
   (C)   Any violation of this chapter may subject the violator to a civil penalty of $2,500 per violation. Each day that such violation exists shall be deemed a separate violation.
