§ 51.136 TOWN COUNCIL NOTICE.
   (A)   If the plan reviewer finds that the plans meet the required specifications such reviewer shall certify, in writing, that the plans meet the applicable specifications and forward such certification to the town together with a recommendation that a construction permit be issued by the town pursuant to this subchapter.
   (B)   Upon certification by the plan reviewer that the plans meet the applicable specifications, the town’s Attorney will prepare both the permit and the contract and submit the same to the Town Administrative Manager for inclusion on the docket of the Town Council for action at its next regularly scheduled meeting, if such meeting is at least ten days after receipt of the certification, or at the next meeting date which allows at least ten days for preparation of the documents.
   (C)   The construction permit and the contract must each receive a majority vote of the Council to be issued, shall be signed by the Town Council President and attested by the Town Clerk-Treasurer’s office before it may be issued. Such permit shall be delivered to the Sewer Department Office after execution.
