§ 51.135 DEFICIENCY NOTICE.
   (A)   If deficiencies are noted on the plan review report, or by the Attorney, the owner or its agent shall submit corrections or modifications, not later than ten days for receipt of the notice of deficiencies, to the plan reviewer or the Attorney with a copy to Town Sewer Office. Such corrected plans or documents shall be reviewed within 15 days thereafter by the plan reviewer or Attorney. Failure to submit corrections shall be deemed a withdrawal of the submitted plans and no further action shall be taken on such plans by the town or the plan reviewer except that a notice of withdrawal shall be sent to the owner advising the owner that the plans are deemed withdrawn for failure to submit timely corrections as required.
   (B)   If, after re-review, the reviewer or attorney still finds deficiencies such deficiencies shall be noted in writing to the engineer or surveyor, and the owner, and the matter shall be referred to the Town Sewer Commissioner for further action and a determination on whether a third review will be conducted or whether the recommendation shall be made to the Town Council to reject the application for failure to submit plans and applications in compliance with the applicable standards.
