§ 51.134 PLAN AND APPLICATION REVIEW.
   (A)   A completed application for construction permit and sewer contract shall be stamped as received by the Sewer Department Office with the date and time of receipt. Each such application shall be given a discrete number by the Sewer Office at the time it is received, such number being the year of receipt followed by a dash followed by the number of the application assigned serially (i.e., Application 2000-1). Such number shall be inscribed on the application by the Sewer Office. Applications will not be accepted without the fee.
   (B)   Upon acceptance of a properly completed application, the application for a construction permit, together with two sets of drawings, shall be forwarded by the Sewer Department Office to the plan reviewer and the application for a contract shall be forwarded to the Town Attorney.
   (C)   The Sewer Department Office shall also issue notice to IDEM as required by its rules that an application for a construction permit has been received.
   (D)   The plan reviewer shall, not longer than 30 days after receipt of the plans and application for a construction permit, report in writing to the engineer or surveyor who prepared the plans, as well as the owner and the town, whether the plans and application meet the required standards for issuance of a construction permit and execution of a contract. The Town Attorney will advise the owner, within 14 days of receipt of the application for a contract if the application for a contract is deficient and in what way.
