§ 51.132 APPLICATION FOR CONTRACT AND CONSTRUCTION PERMIT.
   (A)   Every person, firm or corporation who wishes to construct a sanitary sewer system to be attached to the town’s sanitary sewer system, must apply for a construction permit and sewer contract from the town. No sewer may be connected to the town’s sewer, nor any sewage allowed to flow from it into the town’s sewers, unless there has been issued a construction permit for its construction and there is a valid construction contract for such sewer with the town.
   (B)   The application for a construction permit and contract shall be on forms supplied by the town. Failure to complete all relevant portions of the form shall result in an automatic rejection of the application without submission of the same for review. A rejected application shall not receive a refund of the fees tendered with it.
