All plans submitted for a construction permit shall be certified by a state registered professional engineer, or if permitted, a state registered land surveyor, knowledgeable in sanitary sewer design. All plans must be drawn to a scale not to exceed one inch equals 50 feet horizontal and one inch equals five feet vertical, demonstrate compliance with both the technical standards for sanitary sewer collection systems adopted by IDEM, 327 I.A.C. 3 where applicable, and, the town sewer construction standards with the more stringent of the standards controlling.
