(A) Each location where water service is requested to be disconnected because of non-payment of the sewer bill shall be assessed an additional fee equal to the fee charged to the town by the water utility who has agreed to disconnect the water service for non-payment of sanitary sewer service.
(B) The fee imposed herein shall be added to the amount that is past due for the location and shall be identified thereon as “disconnection fee”.
