§ 51.058 ADDITIONAL FEE FOR THOSE SERVED BY AN INLET SEWER.
   (A)   In the event that a sewer connection is made to the municipal sewage system of the town from any lot parcel of real estate or building which is served by an inlet sewer which is or becomes a part of the sewage works of said town, a separate connection charge in the amount of $50 shall be charged each owner of any lot, parcel of real estate or building using said connection, for the privilege of making said connection and using the same, which charge shall be in addition to all other charges and rates heretofore prescribed by ordinance of the town.
   (B)   Said additional connection charge shall be paid in full to the town at the time such connection to the municipal sewer system is made. Provided however, that if such connection be made and completed for service by the time the municipal sewage system and treatment plant be placed in operation, said additional connection charge, upon the written request of the property owner, may be paid in two or more equal installments over a one year period after the commencement of operation of such sewer system and treatment plant.
