The following legal description designates the boundary of the Town of Newburgh, Warrick County, Indiana:
A part of the East Half of Fractional Section 4, Township 7 South, Range 9 West; also, part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 6 South, Range 9 West; also, part of the South Half of Section 34, Township 6 South, Range 9 West; also, part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 6 South, Range 9 West; also, the East Half of the East Half of Fractional Section 2, Township 7 South, Range 9 West; also, all of Fractional Section 3, Township 7 South, Range 9 West, all in Warrick County, Indiana, being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the mean low water mark on the north bank of the Ohio River and the north-south Half section line of Fractional Section 4, Township 7 South, Range 9 West; thence north along said Half Section line to a point 225 feet south of the north line of said Section 4-T7S-R9W; thence in an easterly direction along a row of large trees to a point 200 feet west of the east line of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 4-T7S-R9W; thence north to the south right-of-way line of the Evansville and Ohio Valley Railway (now abandoned); thence in a northwesterly direction 700 feet, more or less, to a point 660 feet east of the north-south Half Section line of Section 33-T6S-R9W; thence north to the centerline of Newburgh Road (Old S.R. 66); thence in an easterly direction 400 feet, more or less, along the centerline of Newburgh Road (Old S.R. 66) to the Frank Sasse property line, said point also being the west line of Koffitz Subdivision and the west line of Maple North Subdivision extended south; thence north 1920.25 feet, more or less, to a point on the north line of the Southeast Quarter of Section 33-T6S-R9W, said point being 1607.75 feet west of the northeast corner thereof; thence east along said north quarter section line 982.73 feet, more or less, to the point of intersection of said north quarter section line and the east line of Knob Hill Mobile Home Park extended north; thence south 1305 feet, more or less, to the south line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 33-T6S-R9W (said point also being the northwest corner of Allen-Prince Subdivision); thence east to the southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 34-T6S-R9W; thence north along the west line of said quarter quarter section 545.4 feet, more or less, to the north line of Newburgh Village Subdivision; thence east along the north line of said subdivision 864.45 feet; thence south 101.93 feet thence west 146.52 feet; thence south along the east line of said Newburgh Village Subdivision 243.98 feet, more or less, to a point 200 feet north of the south line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 34-T6S-R9W; thence east to the west line of Pasco’s Enlargement to Newburgh (now vacated); thence northeasterly 1350 feet, more or less, along the west line of said Pasco’s Enlargement (now vacated) extended to the north line of the Southwest Quarter of Section 34-T6S-R9W; thence east 310 feet, more or less to the center of Section 34-T6S-R9W; thence south along the Half Section line to a point 837 feet north of the southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34-T6S-R9W; thence east, parallel with the south line of said quarter quarter section 308 feet; thence south, parallel with the west line of said quarter quarter section 837 feet, more or less, to the south line of said quarter quarter section; thence east along the south line of said quarter quarter section 452 feet, more or less, to the west line of Law Drive extended north; thence south along the said extended west line of Law Drive, 25.0 feet to the south line of Sharon Road; thence east along said south line of Sharon Road 4172 feet, more or less, to the east line of Forest Park Subdivision Part 3 extended north; thence south along said extended line and the east line of Forest Park Subdivision Part 3, 1330 feet, more or less, to the southeast corner of said Forest Park Subdivision Part 3; thence west along the south line of said Forest Park Subdivision Part 3, 978.11 feet to the southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 35-T6S-R9W; thence south along the east line of the West Half of the West Half of Fractional Section 2-T7S-R9W to the mean low water mark on the north bank of the Ohio River; thence northwesterly along said mean low water mark to the point of beginning, containing 717 acres, more or less, after the following exceptions.
Excepting Maple North Subdivision and Lots 4 and 5 of Koffitz Subdivision in part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 6 South, Range 9 West, Warrick County, Indiana, being further described as follows:
Beginning at a point 1607.75 feet west and 422.5 feet south of the northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of Section 33-T6S-R9W; thence east 412.5 feet; thence south 672.5 feet; thence west 60.0 feet; thence south 100.0 feet; thence east 352.5 feet; thence north 772.5 feet to the point of beginning, containing 6.37 acres, more or less.
Also excepting part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 6 South, Range 9 West, Warrick County, Indiana, being further described as follows:
Beginning at a point 1607.75 feet west and 1575.25 feet south of the northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of Section 33-T6S-R9W; thence east 160.0 feet; thence north 180.0 feet; thence east 192.51 feet; thence south to the previously annexed Corporate Limit Line of the Town of Newburgh as described per Town Ordinance No. 60-3, Section 1, dated November 16, 1960; thence west along said Corporate Limit Line to the intersection with the west line of Koffitz Subdivision extended south; thence north along said extended west line to the point of beginning, containing 1.85 acres more or less.
Also excepting that portion of the following described Tracts 1 and 2 which lie north of the Corporate Limit Line of the Town of Newburgh as annexed per Town Ordinance No. 60-3, dated November 16, 1960, located in part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 6 South, Range 9 West, Warrick County, Indiana, being further described as follows:

Beginning at a point in said quarter section which is located by commencing at the northeast corner thereof; thence west a distance of 1195.27 feet; thence south 00 degrees 23 minutes east a distance of 1709.62 feet to the aforementioned place of beginning of subject boundary description; thence south 00 degrees 23 minutes east a distance of 92.68 feet to the northwest corner of the property deeded to Louis A. Ritt and Charlotte A. Ritt in Deed Record 111, page 475; thence south 87 degrees 51 minutes east along the north line thereof a distance of 150.0 feet to the northeast corner thereof; thence south 0 degrees 18 minutes east a distance of 1.69 feet; thence north 02 degrees 25 minutes east a distance of 7.44 feet; thence north 03 degrees 15 minutes east a distance of 83.42 feet; thence north 86 degrees 39 minutes west a distance of 155.91 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.31 acre, more or less.
