§ 51.002 TESTING OF WASTE CHARACTERISTICS.
   All measurements, tests and analyses of the characteristics of wastes and waters to which reference is made in this chapter shall be determined in accordance with standard methods for the examination of water and sewage, under 40 C.F.R. § 136, and general accepted practices of the environmental engineering profession, to the extent such results fairly and accurately represent the actual characteristics, and shall be determined at the control manhole provided for in § 51.043 or upon suitable samples taken at the control manhole which shall be considered to be the nearest downstream in public sewer to the point at which the building sewer is connected.
