§ 50.17 PERMIT.
   Each person, firm or corporation required to screen a trash receptacle under this subchapter shall obtain a permit for such screen from the office of the Zoning Administrator which permit shall not be issued unless the method of screening the trash receptacle creates the impervious screen required herein.
