(A)
Each location within the town where solid waste is collected by the town or its contractor shall be charged a users fee of $18.49 per month, commencing February 1, 2023.
(B) The users fee imposed herein shall be billed monthly on the sewer bill for the location, identified thereon as “trash and recycling” fee.
(C) All residential locations within the town subject to this section shall separate recyclable items from the waste stream and such recyclable items should not be included in the solid waste to be collected by the town. RECYCLABLES are defined as newspaper, one and two plastic, household paper and metal/aluminum cans.
(D) No leaves or limbs shall be included in the solid waste collected by the town.
