In the event an official, employee or agent shall incur other reasonable miscellaneous expenses for the benefit of the town, including, but not limited to, telephone, postage and photocopies, such actual expenses may be reimbursed by the town. Such expense shall be deemed reasonable and for the benefit of the town upon approval of a claim for their reimbursement approved by the Council.
