§ 36.057 LODGING.
The town shall reimburse officials, employees and agents for reasonable hotel/motel bills actually incurred while on town business. In all instances where such official, employee or agent is attending a conference, the rate for lodging set by the hotel/motel where such conference is held shall be deemed reasonable. In all other instances “reasonableness” shall be determined by the Council based upon the location of such lodging and the customary rates for accommodations charged by comparable facilities. Such charge is deemed reasonable upon approval of a claim for such expenses by the Council.
