(A) The Boat Ramp Fund and the Lock and Dam Capital Fund (also referred to as the Lock CCIF Fund) are hereby merged into one fund, with the resulting merged fund to be entitled the Lock CCIF Fund.
(B) To the extent necessary, all funds currently held in the Boat Ramp Fund and the Lock and Dam Capital Fund are authorized to be transferred to the merged Lock CCIF Fund.
(C) All revenues generated from use of the boat ramp and from rental of the buildings located at the Lock and Dam Park, with the exception of the Allen Family Amphitheater facilities for which there is a separate fund, shall be deposited in the Lock CCIF Fund and may be utilized for repair, construction, reconstruction, replacement or maintenance of any area of the Lock and Dam Park.
