§ 35.077 CASH RESERVE FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby created the Town Sewer Cash Reserve Fund, a fund to be created by the Utility Department pursuant to I.C. 8-1.5-3-11.
   (B)   The Cash Reserve Fund shall be funded in accordance with I.C. 8-1.5-3-11.
   (C)   The proceeds in the Cash Reserve Fund may be invested as provided in I.C. 8-1.5-3-13.
