§ 35.076 RIVERFRONT IMPROVEMENT SPECIAL PROJECTS FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby established the Riverfront Improvement Special Projects Fund.
   (B)   Contributions to the town for the project shall be deposited to the fund and expenditures from the Fund shall only be made for the Riverfront Improvement Project.
