§ 35.075 VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS ASSOCIATION FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby established the Town Volunteer Firefighters Association Fund.
   (B)   The $500 per month received from the county as a result of the agreement between it and the town, relating to the lease of a portion of the firehouse for the use of the Warrick EMS, shall be deposited to this Fund for payment to the Association pursuant to the contract between the Association and the town.
