§ 35.074 SENIOR CITIZENS CENTER FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby created the Senior Citizens Center Fund for receipt and disbursement of grant funds relating to the construction of the Town Senior Citizens Center.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to take such action on submitted claims to be paid from that fund as is required by the granting authority.
