§ 35.071 PETTY CASH FUND.

   (A)   The following petty cash funds are hereby authorized and established in the following amounts:

      (1)   The Town Petty Cash Fund - $300; and

      (2)   The Building and Zoning Petty Cash Fund - $500.

   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall be the custodian of all petty cash funds.

   (C)   Small or emergency expense items may be paid from such funds so long as proper receipts are provided and such expenses are properly accounted for.

   (D)   No petty cash fund shall have a balance greater than the amount stated in division (A).

   (E)   Replenishment of petty cash funds shall be made pursuant to the claim procedure.
