§ 35.043 ADJACENT COUNTIES.
   “Adjacent counties”, for purposes of the “local Indiana business” preference claim in public works or public purchasing contracts or quotes are Vanderburgh, Pike, Gibson, Duboise and Spencer Counties in Indiana and Henderson and Daviess Counties in Kentucky.
