§ 35.025 NON-COLLUSION AFFIDAVIT.
   Each bid or quote shall be accompanied by the non-collusion affidavit in a form prescribed by I.C. 5-22-16-6. Each bid shall also require a current financial statement of the bidder. Such financial statement is not required if the supplies are acquired by quotation.
