§ 155.14  RM-1 MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
   The RM-1 District is intended to provide a quiet, pleasant and relatively spacious living area for multi-family dwellings protected from traffic hazards and intrusion. Further, it is intended that multi-family dwellings be dispersed throughout the community.
   (A)   Permitted uses.
      (1)   Multi-family dwellings.
      (2)   Attached or detached garages.
      (3)   Yard equipment shed.
   (B)   Conditional uses.  See also § 155.28.
      (1)   Churches, synagogues and similar places of worship and instruction, including parsonages.
      (2)   Municipal buildings, except sewerage disposal plants, garbage incinerators, public warehouses, public garages, public shops and storage yards, and penal or correctional institutions and asylums.
      (3)   Utility offices provided there is no service garage or storage yard.
      (4)   Funeral homes.
      (5)   Hospitals, rest homes, rehab centers and adult day care center.
      (6)   Public, parochial and private elementary and secondary schools.
      (7)   Home occupations and professional home offices.
      (8)   Boarding houses.
