§ 150.40 MODIFICATIONS TO ZONING CODE.

In the village zoning code modifications will be made where appropriate to direct that this subchapter, Behind the Meter Generation; Alternative Energy Systems, shall be included as being governed by the regulations of conditional zoning certificates.
