§ 138.17 PROHIBITING RETAIL DISPENSARIES, CULTIVATORS, OR PROCESSORS OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA.

The Village does hereby prohibit the establishment of retail dispensaries, cultivators, and processors of medical marijuana within the corporation limits of the Village.
