§ 38.66 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this policy is to provide a consistent and accurate method of accounting for capital outlays of the Village of New Bremen. This capital outlay policy is designed to maximize the value of the outlay and its usefulness to the residents and customers of the Village of New Bremen.
