(A) The Village Fiscal Officer is hereby directed to establish a Police K-9/Unit Fund within the Village accounting system for the purpose of receiving funds contributed by the village and private organizations and individuals, to include the donation of Dianne Komminsk, and for the purpose of paying for acquiring, equipping, training and maintaining a police dog and vehicle unit for use by the Police Department.
(B) The Village Fiscal Officer shall transfer into the Police K-9 Unit Fund the sum of $30,000 which will be paid by the Police Fund.
