§ 154.01 LOCK ONE ON MIAMI AND ERIE CANAL.

(A) It is the intent of the Council to preserve forever the historic integrity of Lock One of the Miami and Erie Canal, which is located on property that is owned by the village.

(B) It is the further intent of the Council to permit the restoration of said Lock One in a manner that will preserve its historic integrity.
