§ 153.42 APPEALS.

Any owner and/or occupant who is served a notice of violation of any of the provisions of this chapter may within ten days of receipt of the notice appeal the findings of the Property Maintenance Officer. Such appeal shall be made by filing with the Village Mayor a notice of appeal. The appeal shall be scheduled for a hearing before the Board of Zoning Appeals.
