(A) The Subdivision Regulations for the village, attached to Ordinance No. 1995-12-39, passed April 9, 1996, are hereby adopted as the official subdivision regulations for the village.
(B) The purposes of these subdivision regulations are to regulate the development of subdivided areas; promote the proper arrangement of streets and layout of lots; provide for adequate and convenient provisions for open spaces, utilities, recreation, and access by service and emergency vehicles; provide for adequate provisions for water, drainage, sewer, and other sanitary facilities; provide for the administration of these regulations; define the powers and duties of the administrative officers; and prescribe penalties for the violation of the provisions of this chapter or any amendment thereto.
