§ 112.02 ITINERANT VENDOR; LICENSE FEE.
   (A)   Every itinerant vendor shall obtain a license before engaging in business, and shall pay therefor a fee of $25 for each salesperson, for each week that such business is carried on.
   (B)   This license is valid only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. and business can only be conducted on Monday through Saturday. Itinerant vendor sales shall be prohibited on Sundays. This license is good only for six days and this license shall terminate automatically with the last day for which the sum shall have been paid.
   (C)   In addition each itinerant vendor shall supply the following information on each salesperson prior to receiving a license:
      (1)   Complete name and current address;
      (2)   Date of birth;
      (3)   Social security number.
   (D)   Each itinerant vendor shall supply to the Mayor prior to the issuance of any license a list of places where past business has been conducted so that a background check can be completed prior to the issuance of any license.
   (E)   An itinerant vendors license may be revoked at any time by the Mayor or the Chief of Police based on complaints received from citizens of this community.
