§ 96.14 REVIEW BY VILLAGE COUNCIL.

The Village Council shall have the right to review the conduct, acts and decisions of the Tree Commission. Any person may appeal from any ruling or order of the Village Commission to the Village Council, provided such matter has been first appealed to the Tree Commission itself. The Village Council may hear matters related to this chapter and the actions of the Tree Commission on appeal and make final decisions regarding such matters.
